Achievement of the Purposes of Development of the Millenium in Kyrgyzstan
Process of realisation TSRT in Kyrgyzstan proceeds with variable success. It is obvious, that Kyrgyzstan, most likely, can reduce poverty and children's death rate, provide access to pure potable water and ecological stability.
Public health services reform passed in the Kirghiz Republic within 10 years (1996 - 2005) Within the limits of the Project of National Reform of Public health services "Manas". Result realisation of project Manas I became working out of model of the public health services recognised all over the world and consisting from: base public health services and family medicine; re-structurings of the standard of given services and introduction of new model of financing of public health services. Nevertheless, maintenance of general access to qualitative services of obstetrics and gynecology causes alarm, especially in a countryside. Despite the existing integrated system of struggle with ViCh/SpIdom, a tuberculosis and a malaria, the country still should regulate and constrain these illnesses effectively. Transparent borders became the reason of increase in volume of drug traffic, and uncontrollable labour migration, in turn, was the reason of the raised vulnerability of the country to such diseases as VICH/SPID, a tuberculosis and to other infectious diseases.
